Fact 8: Judge creates on his own false evidence to protect criminals

In order to be able to protect the local Salzburg perpetrators – despite the clearly incriminating written expert opinions – judge Dr. Schütz – as deputy to Judge Dr. Franz Schmidtbauer – conducted a telephone conversation with the court expert and knowingly falsely records the contents of the conversation in his reasons for judgment.

As a judge, Dr. Schütz subsequently bases his knowingly false judgment on his own false statement of evidence.
